Tyler Dees Appointed as Executive Director of
Western Benton County Partnership
SILOAM SPRINGS, AR (July 18, 2024) – The Western Benton County Partnership (WBCP) has announced the appointment of Tyler Dees as their new Executive Director, succeeding Dr. Delia Haak. Tyler brings extensive experience in business development and community service to Western Benton County, making him a great fit to advance WBCP’s mission.
Tyler, who represents District 35 in the Arkansas Senate, has demonstrated a strong commitment to the region’s economic development. Dees earned his B.S. in Business Management, M.S. in Leadership and Ethics, and MBA from John Brown University in Siloam Springs. Tyler has served as Director of Business Development and is currently the Director of External Affairs for Simmons Foods. Throughout his life, he has been actively involved in community projects and initiatives that have consistently made Western Benton County a great place to call home.
“Western Benton County is my home; it’s where I was raised, went to school, and started a family that my wife and I are proud to raise in the region today,” Tyler said. “I am incredibly excited to take on this role and give back to the communities that have given me so much. I am grateful for Delia Haak’s exceptional leadership and look forward to building on the strong foundation she has established.”
